Tumeric Almond Milk
- 200g almonds soaked over night
- 100g macadamias soaked overnight
- water for soaking 1l water
- 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 2 tbsp turmeric powder or 1 knob fresh turmeric
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until combined and strain through a muslin in cloth store in a jar or glass milk bottle in the fridge for uP to 1 week save the waste and use it to make almond meal or a nut crumble.
