Raspberry Chia Jam

1-1/2 cups raspberries
1cup water
2tbs coconut sugar
2/3 cup chia seeds

Pop it all in a bot and cook until the sugar dissolves and starts to thicken, then take it off the heat and let cool for a bit, add mixture into a blender with half of the chia seeds and blend into a purée then pour into a jar add the rest of the chia seeds and combined pop a lid on and place in the fridge
