Protein Balls


  • 200g hazelnuts
  • 100g macadamia
  • 50g sunflower
  • 50g pepitas
  • 50g linseed
  • 4 tbsp cacao
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 15 dates pitted
  • 1 1/2 cup cranberries optional


For the dukkah please find it in later posts or any dukkah will do.

Lightly toast your nuts is a saucepan on a high heat stiring occasionally so they don't burn while this is going place your dates cacao maple syrup in a blender, one nuts are ready place them in the blender too, put your kid on a pulse for 1 min or until mixture has combined scrape down the edges and do a quick pulse to further combined the mix. Using a teaspoon scoop out some mixture into your palm and roll it into a ball shape place some dukkah spice in a bowl and drop your balls in coating them well with the spice mix and placing them in a air tight container or serve up on a plate and enjoy straight away.
