Mushroom Broc Spaghetti Bolognese

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 can crushed tomatoes or 12 large tomatoes diced
  • 2 celery sticks sliced
  • 1 carrots chopped
  • 1 opinion chopped
  • 1large garlic clove chopped
  • 3 tbs tomato past
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 can or 250 g lentils
  • 10 mushrooms sliced
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 bunch Rosemary
  • 1 bush oregano
  • Salt and pepper 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 1 Pinch dill
  • 1 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 packet black bean pasta
  • 1 lemon zest and juice

METHOD

First cook off your garlic onion carrot and celery until golden brown and fragrant next add in your spices and herbs and fry for 2- 5 min now add your mushrooms and broccoli and fry until mushroom are starting to soften, now add your tomatoes and tomato past and combined after a min or 2 add your lentils red wine lemon zest and juice and season to taste. Now cook your pasta, drain and set aside once your sauce is to your liking place your pasta on a plate topped with your sauce then add fresh bail, Parmesan is your like or for vegan add yeast flakes and enjoy.
