Healthy Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 big handful of kale (any kind will do )
  • 4 tbs coconut yoghurt
  • 300ml coconut water
  • 1 mango fresh
  • 2big handfuls of mint
  • 2 tbs honey (vegan option rice syrup)

METHOD

Place coconut water in first followed by avocado, kale, mango and mint blitz add yoghurt and honey and blitz some more until smooth then serve in a jar glass or a bowl , can top with fresh fruit or muesli or just drink it straight, but mainly enjoy.
