Breakfast Granola

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g gluten free rolled oats
  • 100 g Sunflower seeds
  • 50 g almonds
  • 50 g pepitas
  • 100 g dried fruits of your choice rough chopped
  • 100 g melted white cacao buttons
  • 3 tbs of maple syrup

METHOD

For chocolate add 4 tbs of cacao for the other just add 2 tbs of cinnamon instead, combined all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place on a baking tray and place in your oven at 180 for 15-20 min take out and let cool for 10 min then store and enjoy.
