cacao moose bowl


If you have a big sweet tooth like I do but still want that health kick and want to keep your teeth, while your watching Netflix and cant be bothered making a cake then this is the answer. This quick one step moose bowl packs that yummy chocolate flavor that we all crave from time to time, with all the goodness we need with out feeling bad about eating something sweet.

Cacao Moose:

  • 2 ripe avocados stone removed
  • 6 Medjool dates seed removed
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 3 tbsp cacao
  • 2 tbsp honey, maple syrup or agave syrup


  • place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until all combined, scrape into serving bowls, top with cacao or toasted nuts or even chocolate chunks for a deeper chocolate flavor.
